About us

The vision of us who created the Biepe system is to contribute to every team functioning more successfully, more spontaneously and with less stress for the manager and every other team member.

We wanted to create a system that allows you to succeed in this with up to 10 minutes a day of using the system (so as not to suffocate team members with additional work) and with those ten minutes to save several hours of other activities that team members have been doing so far. In other words, that the system algorithm enables the manager and each member of the team to do what they didn't have before, and also what they had but with significantly less time invested in communication, planning, creating data, reports, assessing the risk of success (project/team/individual/type work), management of own personnel, teams, projects, as well as own and external personnel or contractors, etc., etc.

We invested tens of thousands of working hours while we ourselves as managers led various teams of people in various industries and gained experience. And then we invested thousands of hours in designing and programming a system that achieves the goals we set for ourselves.

Productivity

By creating a system that would help managers and team members increase performance, we rethought the well-known definition of "productivity". Productivity is a measure of how efficiently a person performs a task. But we have expanded that definition, namely, in the work of each person and each team, it is not only important whether the person completed the task and how much time he spent on that task. A key ingredient in productivity is whether the person should have completed the task in the first place now, earlier, later or perhaps never. So, if my task is to raise the sails, the result is not the same if I raise them when the wind is optimal, when there is a bonanza or when there is a storm. Only when the wind is optimal is my priority to raise the sails, because then the whole ship (company, organization, team) will sail even better. "If I raise it when there is no wind, it doesn't matter whether I have raised the sails or not."

Therefore, each task does not exist by itself, but there are other variables around it that make it so that it has a specific moment when it is of high priority to complete the task, and then it should be completed. Another key ingredient that we expanded it with is the planned time for completing that task. Namely, if I planned 5 minutes to raise the sail, the helmsman planned the path of our ship that way, so he calculated that after 5 minutes the ship would go faster and then it would pass successfully before the rocks in front of us. If a person spends 15 minutes raising the sail (instead of 5 minutes), our ship will run aground on a rock because it will not have enough extra speed that the helmsman and captain of the ship expected. The person will say that he completed the task of hoisting the sail successfully, even though our ship is sunk. However, when a person and other team members know that they should raise the sail in 5 minutes, if they raise it in 15 minutes, they will know that they have failed the task, or, after the first minute, they will call another team member for help (or he himself will see that the system alerted to that risk) so that he does not spend too much time on that task and that the ship does not run aground on a rock. So, to successfully complete it means to complete the task that is of the highest priority (and so on), with the planned time spent, by the planned deadline. Then the execution is productive.
